The Story of Forever Yours

Forever Yours was founded in 1992 by Denise, originally as a floral freeze-dry business dedicated to preserving wedding and special occasion florals. In the late 90s, Denise opened the first storefront in West Sacramento, bringing her unique floral preservation services to a wider audience.

However, as trends shifted and the demand for freeze-dried flowers waned, more customers began seeking fresh floral arrangements. Denise embraced this change and, in the early 2000s, expanded her offerings to include fresh flowers. This change came at a special time – in 2001, Denise had the honor of providing the beautiful florals for her son Mark’s wedding to Sally.

Not long after, Mark, seeking a more stable career to support his growing family, joined Denise in the floral business. What began as a helping hand soon revealed Mark’s natural talent for floral design. His exceptional creativity and passion for flowers quickly became a driving force in the business.

As their family grew, with Mark and Sally welcoming their daughters in 2006 and 2009, the family made a decision to move the business to beautiful Nevada County in 2013, bringing them closer to home and offering a serene environment to continue growing Forever Yours. With Sally desiring more flexibility to care for their young children, she took on the role of delivery driver, further supporting the family business.

Now, in 2025, Denise is enjoying her well-earned retirement, while Mark and Sally continue to lead the business. Their two teenage daughters also lend a hand when they can, ensuring that the family legacy continues to thrive.
